How to block babbar.eu crawler bot slowing down my site?

I'm really frustrated right now with this whole situation. I've been dealing with this annoying bot called babbar that's been hammering my site nonstop. It's supposedly from some SEO analysis tool, but all it's doing is hammering my server with constant requests. Even after blocking it with Wordfence and serving it 503 errors, it just doesn't stop. It's like it's blind to the fact that it's been blocked and just keeps coming back for more.

I mean, come on! How poorly designed can a tool be if it can't recognize when it's been shut out? It's eating up my resources and slowing down my server, and it's seriously impacting my business. I'm at a loss here. Does anyone know a foolproof way to stop this thing from crawling my site entirely? It's driving me up the wall!

I'm just so irritated with the whole situation. It feels almost like some sort of attack, and I can't believe they can just get away with this. If anyone has advice on how to deal with this bot once and for all, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for letting me vent!

Babbar, like other 'SEO' analysis tools, can be quite troublesome. (In my opinion, many of these tools serve as a front for hackers who use them to search the internet for vulnerabilities.) They don't really provide any benefits to you, and they just end up consuming your resources while potentially giving competitors insights into your site.
