I've got to tell you, I'm absolutely seething about this recent purchase of mine - a blasted Pixel phone! 😡 Can you believe the audacity of Google to charge £600 for this piece of trash? I mean, honestly!

The camera, is a complete joke! Supposedly 'high-quality', huh? More like 'highly-likely to be blurry!' 😂 Seriously, it's like they've smeared Vaseline on the lens or something! Instead of clear, crisp photos, I'm left with cloudy, distorted images. It's like looking through a pint glass after a twelve-hour pub crawl!

And oh, the AI features! They've got to be kidding, right? 😂 It's like they took a quick dip in the stupid pool when designing these. The 'best take' feature is a total joke. It made my pictures look like they were taken by a toddler having a tantrum. What's the point of having a crappy feature that makes your photos look even crappier? It's just sad, really. 😔

he absolute cheek of it! They sell this nonsense on TV, as if it's the second coming of the smartphone. And all it is, is a glorified paperweight! Honestly, it makes my blood boil! Do they think we're simpletons? Do they think we won't spot these blunders?

But oh, it gets worse. You'd think for £600, you'd at least own the phone, right? NOPE! It's crawling with spyware. I'm convinced they're watching everything I do, just to shove more ads in my face! It's like my privacy's been auctioned off to the highest bidder! 😠

Listen, if you're reading this, don't make the same mistake I did. Stay the hell away from this phone. It's not worth your time, it's not worth your money, and it's certainly not worth the mental torture it brings. And hey, if you've had a similar experience, drop a comment below. Let's not let others fall into this trap!

What you're describing sounds like an absolute nightmare! And for £600! You'd think they'd at least give you a phone that can take a clear picture, right?

Whoa, hold the phone (pardon the pun). Are you suggesting that the device isn't worth it solely based on your experience? That's quite a leap. I've had mine for a couple of months now, and it works like a charm. Sure, the camera isn't the greatest, but I don't buy a phone for high-quality photos. That's what my SLR is for. And the AI features, while not perfect, are a nice little bonus. I feel like you might be expecting a bit too much from a phone, don't you think?

Dom

@toryboy Honestly, I'm with our complainer here. I mean, at that price point, it should be more than 'just a phone'. I've got the same phone as you, Member1, and I have to say, the AI is lacklustre, and the ads are incessantly intrusive. They've got the gall to charge us that much and can't even offer privacy? It's all a bit much, if you ask me. 🤷♂️

I was thinking of buying a pixel phone... conceding that the AI and camera are not top-notch, but how's the performance? I mean, I am not a fan of sub-par cameras or annoying ads, but I could overlook that if everything else runs smoothly.

Laggy, glitchy, and frustratingly slow. It's like the phone has taken up jogging...on a beach...with a ball and chain attached to its ankle. It's just not worth the aggravation.

Well, that's a disturbing review if I've ever read one! I almost bought it, can you believe that? I mean, with the way they've advertised it, who wouldn't? It's just a trick to steal your hard-earned money! £600? They must be out of their minds.

Oh mate, I feel your pain, really! Purchased this load of rubbish myself. The camera quality? More like the camera "quackery"! Nothing but blurred, smeary pictures! And I'm a photographer by trade, mind you! 📸 I've seen better focus in a second-hand disposable camera. It's all a sham, I'm telling you!

This isn't just a bad phone, it's a symbol of what's wrong with the industry. Overpricing, underdelivering, it's a disgrace. 😒
